Warranty Terms & Conditions
4 years minimum warranty across all the 4lite range of products excluding 4lite essentials, terms and conditions apply. Please refer to the individual product pages for the warranty.

4lite warrants that this bulb or fitting will be free from defects in material and workmanship and will operate accordingly when used as directed and for its intended purpose based on average hours.
If this bulb or fitting does not conform to the warranty, 4lite will send you a replacement or alternative product of similar value if you have registered the product and can provide proof of purchase.
For details on how to return your product please email warranty@4liteuk.com with your product details including model number, product fault, proof of purchase and we will send you a postage label for the product to be returned at your cost.
The warranty does not cover accident, neglect, abuse, batteries, misuse or acts of God. The guarantee period commences on the date of purchase by the beneficiary.

4lite is responsible for the correct function of the purchased product. 4lite is not responsible for incorrect operation due to poor network connection and/or poor compatibility from network providers or other hardware used in a customer’s network. 4lite will provide assistance for issues related to the affected product but will not be responsible for assisting with network related issues. The responsibility will fall to the consumer for network related issues for resolution.
